Oriental Lounge, Mandarin Oriental Tokyo

The Oriental Lounge on the 38th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo serves a seasonal afternoon tea with the city below and the Skytree in the window, from a pastry team that has won international competitions.

The lounge has floor-to-ceiling windows over Nihonbashi and the whole of eastern Tokyo; the tea comes in two sittings with a seasonal theme, a tier of small pastries, scones, sandwiches and a tea list with the group’s blends and Japanese teas.

The Gourmet Shop on the ground floor sells the pieces afterwards.
