Fifty sweet things before you die
The Paseria 50
Fifty pieces, salons and counters to taste in a lifetime, from the Ambroisie in Kyobashi to a scone at the Ritz; tick them off, watch the ring fill and share your score.
The Paseria 50 is the guide’s bucket list: fifty things to taste, ranked by no one, chosen by us. Tick what you have done; the list is kept in your browser, the ring shows your score, and the share card tells the world how far you have got.
The list mixes signature desserts, afternoon teas, counters and chocolate houses across the twelve cities, so that completing it means having tasted the craft in every form. Your ticks are stored locally in your browser and can be reset; a shared link carries them to another device. The suggestions below the score are the untasted pieces in the cities you have already been to.
