Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted in the European Union. The hosting provider stores access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) in server logs for security purposes for a limited period. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) f GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure operation.

Contact form and Sweet Letter

If you write to us or sign up for the Sweet Letter we process the data you enter (name, email address, message) to answer you or to send the letter. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) a and b GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; every letter contains an unsubscribe link. We store contact requests for as long as the conversation requires and delete them afterwards.

Local storage

The planners and the quiz remember your settings, your Paseria 50 list and your poll vote in your browser’s local storage. This data never leaves your device; you can delete it in your browser settings.

Poll

When you vote in a poll, a salted, shortened hash of your IP address is stored for one month so that a vote is counted only once. No IP address is stored in clear text.

Share buttons

The share buttons are plain links. Nothing is loaded from social networks until you click a button, and then only the network you chose receives the page address.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to the address above.
