Stick With Me Sweets

Painted bonbons in Nolita

Stick With Me in Nolita makes hand-painted bonbons that look like jewels, in flavours from black sesame to passion fruit, by a chocolatier trained at Per Se and Bouchon: the New York chocolate box of the decade.

Susanna Yoon opened the shop on Prince Street in 2014 after the pastry kitchens of Per Se and Bouchon Bakery, and her bonbons, glossy domes airbrushed in colours with ganaches of yuzu, black sesame, passion fruit, salted caramel and a cheesecake, became the city’s favourite box. The shop is small and bright and sells out its seasonal collections.

It is the downtown answer to the Madison Avenue houses, and the better chocolate.
