The Raffles Boutique in the hotel arcade sells the pastry kitchen’s kaya jam, pineapple tarts, cakes and seasonal collections: the Tiffin Room in a tin, and Singapore’s gift of record.

The boutique in the Raffles Arcade sells the hotel’s own products: the kaya, a coconut and egg jam, the pineapple tarts of the Peranakan kitchen, the Raffles teas, chocolates, cakes and the seasonal collections for Christmas and Lunar New Year, which queue along the arcade. The Tiffin Room’s pastries are sold by the piece in the afternoon; whole cakes are made to order.

Kaya and pineapple tarts keep for weeks and travel without an ice pack, which makes the Boutique the practical end of a Singapore sweet day.
