The Dorchester’s cake and flower shop by the Park Lane entrance sells the hotel’s cakes, biscuits and chocolates beside the florist’s bouquets: the Promenade tea, to take home.
The shop sits by the Park Lane entrance, half florist, half patisserie, and sells what the Dorchester pastry kitchen makes for the Promenade: scones, tea cakes, tarts, biscuits, chocolates and whole cakes to order, from birthday cakes to the Christmas collection. It is one of the largest hotel pastry kitchens in London, and the shop is its shop window.
Come after a tea on the Promenade or instead of it: the pieces are the same and the shop needs no booking.
