Le Chocolat de H

Japanese flavours in French bonbons

Le Chocolat de H, the chocolate house of the pastry chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi, sells bonbons with Japanese flavours, yuzu, sake, wasabi, black sugar, from a salon in Ginza Six, and has won the world chocolate competition in Paris.

Tsujiguchi, the pastry chef behind Mont St. Clair in Jiyugaoka, opened his chocolate house in 2003 and has taken Japanese ingredients into bonbon form with a consistency that won the Salon du Chocolat’s top award. The Ginza Six salon serves chocolate desserts and hot chocolate; the boxes are lacquer-black and the bonbons are printed with patterns.

It is the Tokyo chocolate gift with a Japanese idea.
