Brix Desserts on Al Wasl Road is the pastry atelier Dubai is proud of: a bright café and counter with entremets, tarts and plated desserts by a chef trained in the European palaces, with Gulf flavours in French forms.

The café opened in 2018 in the Jumeirah district with a long counter of small cakes, a pistachio and rose entremet, a date and caramel tart, a chocolate piece, and a dessert menu served at the tables through the evening, which Dubai eats late.
